The clock is ticking--------

So here we all are back in class.  There is tension in the air.  Posters are getting hung up in the hallways, film footage is being reviewed again and again, last minute adjustments, tweeks, and refinements abound.  We are rounding the corner on the last lap and heading towards the finish line, it's within sight but were exhausted and running out of gas...
I believe in each of our classes projects and will rejoice with my fellow Capstone classmates when big night is over and we can finally relax and look forward to graduating.

Home page is created

The home page for the Bristol Mountain app has been created. All the links work
Also have created the Media page. The links all work. Need the rest of team members to check it out and tell me if we need to change any thing.

This is the template for all the pages for this site.
Will be working on the contact page and event page next.

Our whole class got to go visit Bristol Mountain yesterday  in order to get a feel of what our project is all about and what exactly were trying to achieve. It was a perfect fall day with the fall colors displaying at their peak.
Everybody got to meet Drew and asked her all the questions they could think of and we all came away with smiles on our faces ready to continue working hard towards our end goal!

Meeting our client, Drew Broderick...

Early yesterday morning my instructor Paul Engin, my friend Geoff and I got to meet with Drew Broderick who is the director of sales and marketing at Bristol Mountain Winter Resort.  With here ecstatic personality and wealth of knowledge about Bristol Mountain it was a joy to listen to her as we toured the base areas meeting her co-workers and seeing each of the buildings and learning their history.

After our walk outside in the windy leaf blowing air we returned to the quite indoors and sat down around a table inside the empty restaurant.  There we discussed many ideas about our Capstone project.  Although I was distressed the night before, the meeting went really well we thought and we came away with plenty of ideas that will help us to create a firm base to hit the ground running and get this project underway... stay tuned, there is plenty more to come!

On Friday 09/262014, our class started in the usual way.  We proceeded to have each leader of our groups proceed to inform the rest of the class where each of us were regarding our projects and lots of kids had question and suggestions in order to make each groups projects become better.  Paul our instructor helped me refine my email to my client which Im happy to report was well received and was replied to that day favorably.  So we are on our way in making this project a reality! Go us!

I have added the logo and some contact information to the prototype. I also changed the background color behind the app name to match Bristol's color palette

We have fully working prototype. All links are live in Balsmiq. Have sample thumbnails that link to lager picture samples.  I need a list of contacts to add to mock-up. I have left a vertical and horizontal template blank for uses later.

I am working in balsamiq to creating a working prototype of the Bristol Mountain Interactive App. I have the Main Menu and Social media pages done and have working links on both.

Last Friday the 19th of September I gave a presentation to sell my idea of making an interactive trail map for a ski mountain near by called Bristol Mountain.  Either  because of my good looks or they liked my Power Point for some reason they picked my idea.  I'm guessing that was the easy part, now the real work begins.  I'm not gonna lie and tell ya I'm looking forward to it because in reality I'm afraid that I may have just promised the moon.  I'm an average student and I don't really excel in any one area of the degree I'm pursuing although I enjoy them all.  Hopefully, with my fellow classmates help I can navigate my way through this and develop an fully functioning app and a good grade. Heaven help us.
